We offer three types of rooms, all on the ground floor with equipped terraces, and a breakfast room overlooking a shaded patio with tables and chairs. Just 900 meters away, you will find all the main commercial services in the center of the marina of Mancaversa. We also offer bicycle rental service for pleasant sunset walks in the Park, overlooking the splendid Ionian Sea.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, immersed in nature, where the rooms are simply furnished and very clean. You can definitely enjoy true relaxation here. The breakfast is good, and they are also prepared for various dietary intolerances (in my case, gluten). The staff is always very kind and welcoming. One thing I would improve is the breakfast with perhaps homemade products, and the Wi-Fi connection (only available at the entrance. In the rest of the property, mobile network coverage is very weak). Other than that, everything is lovely!

We spent a week on vacation at this property. It was a positive experience with spacious, clean rooms equipped with air conditioning and a minibar. The property is very large and surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful saltwater pool with sunbeds and deck chairs. There's a small playground area for children and a garden. The staff is very friendly both at the reception and in the dining area. Emanuele and Gabriella are particularly noteworthy; they were constantly going back and forth trying to always satisfy the customer. [...] Overall, it was a good vacation experience that with a few adjustments could become a fantastic vacation experience. Excellent value for the price!

I have just returned from a week's vacation during the Ferragosto period at this hotel, where I stayed in their typical trullo. It was a very unique experience; the environment was clean, and the bed linen was changed twice, as were the towels. Sleeping in a trullo was truly folkloric, although there was some humidity inside, which, combined with the constantly running air conditioning, created a slightly too chilly environment. The trullo also had a kitchenette with a fully functional refrigerator and freezer. The presence of the pool was definitely a plus point. Although we hardly used this service ourselves, we noticed that it was greatly appreciated by families. [...]

We stayed at the "A due passi dal Pizzo" Hotel for 5 days and were immediately impressed by the beautiful location and tranquility. We particularly appreciated the kindness and hospitality, as well as the availability of Mr. Fabio. It is worth highlighting the cleanliness: impeccable in every part of the hotel.

Hotel immersed in the pine forest, managed by super helpful and kind staff. We spent two days with family and children. We felt at home. Every request of ours was fulfilled. If you're looking for a quiet place equipped with all comforts (barbecue, pool, fairly large rooms), this is the right place!

We spent a week in complete relaxation. The facility is well-maintained, clean, and family-friendly! The location is excellent, a strategic point to stay as it is only a few minutes away from Gallipoli and the most beautiful beaches in the area.
